Here is how it works for you, your end-users will dial your USSD/SHORT CODE which be in an example of *2019# on any device without the use of internet in order to view specific information of your enterprise on a menu format. These items are numbered for your end-users to select from whereby they input the numeric correspondence on the provided open field. This action may either lead to other specific sub-menus or not but eventually, allow your end-user to retrieve (pull) specific information from your database or send specific alphanumeric information to you in order to act promptly and accordingly by designated persons

We have special ways USSD can be of use to you but generally USSD is used in various use cases such as surveys, customer self-management, coupons and vouchers, lottery, gaming, banking, logistics systems, healthcare services, advertising, competitions and information services and more.   • USSD menu development: design the architecture and build your USSD menus. Hence, add the specific information.
  • USSD integrated solutions: provide APIs to integrate solutions for you such as payments solutions, insurance solutions, pension solutions calculator solutions and more.
  • Short code acquisitions. TEMS facilitates the acquisition of your type of Short code (be it dedicated shortcode which is exclusive to you e.g. *9090# or shared shortcode which is non-exclusive as sub-strings can be created on a short code e.g., *7272*44# for company A while *7272*06# is for company B)
  • Short code integrations: after you have acquired your short code for your USSD service and solutions for your enterprise, TEMS laisses with the Telecommunication networks (TELCOS) to host your shortcode number that will host your USSD service application.
  • There is VAS aggregators which aren’t quite pertinent to you in the scheme of things
